Africology at EXEC|Care

I recently won an Africology 60 minute sports massage from Exec|Care and the other day, I treated myself to redeeming it. I went their EXEC|Care branch in Dunkeld and Thabitha was my therapist.

The spa is beautifully decorated whilst not being over done and still maintaining a fresh and clean ambience. 

Thabitha took me through to the massage room which was perfectly warm and scented with all the gorgeous smells from the africology products. 

I removed my top and got under the towel, warm and cosy I was ready for my massage.






As I was lying on the massage table it occured to me that this was the first time in YEARS that I have had a massage lying on my stomach! When I had my stomach tube in, I couldn't lie on my stomach so I would have to sit upright and have my back and shoulders massaged.

Thabitha began to give me a full body massage, paying particular attention to my neck and shoulers as I had a lot of tension there. It felt absolutely amazing and I was completely relaxed as she manipulated all my knots out and moved her hands right down to massage my hands and feet. A very thorough full body massage.

It was a great experience and I really did enjoy my first 'lying on my tummy' massage! If you're in need of a pamper session then definitely consider giving Africology a visit!
