Blueberry & Apple Crumble

SUCH an easy peasy yummy recipe! 

2 cans unsweetened pie apples (or 1 can apples, 1 can pears)
A container of fresh blueberries
200mls almond/coconut flour
65g butter
2/3Tbs honey
5mls ground ginger
5mls ground cinimon

Put apples/pears, bluberries, ginger and cinimon in a baking dish.
Mix flour, softened butter and honey until it forms crumbs.
Sprinkle 'crumbs' over apples etc in baking dish
Bake on 180 degrees for about 30mins or until crumbs have browned.

Enjoy warm with fresh double thick/clotted or whipped cream!
